Yoga & Mindfulness
I integrate my knowledge of strength and fitness from my athletic background, with my professional expertise in mental health to design yoga classes and meditations that support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I am trained in trauma-informed yoga, as well certified as a kid’s yoga instructor. I have experience teaching children ages 2 all the way up to people ages 75+. She has worked with a range of individuals from people experience anxiety and depression, avid fitness fans, and Olympic athletes.
