Patricia is a Yoga Teacher with training in trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness-based stress reduction practices. Patricia offers yoga and meditations from a place of supporting individuals mental health and well-being. In addition, Patricia integrates her athletic background to promote strength, body awareness, flexibility, and focus through yoga practice.
